안녕하세요 윤정님오랜만이예요.

오늘 두부조림 도전 해서 후기 남겨봐용~~

 

두부는 저도 초당두부를  보았어요 !! 

 

펜을 아무 생각없이 그릴자국 나는거에 했는데..... 미스 선택이었던거 같아요 ㅠㅠ  그래서 고루고루  안구워졌어요

조림 양념장에 넣을 고춧가루가 저희 집에서 키운 고추로 빻았거든요........ 저희집 고춧가루 매운걸 간과 했어요........ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

매운거 빼고는 간이  좋았어요 ㅎㅎ

 

그리고 레시피 보다보면 액젓이 들어가는 요리가 많은데 (저는 이번에 엄마집에서 몰래빼돌린 홍게 액젓을 썼어요!)

액젓을 사려고 보니까

까나리액젓참치액젓멸치액젓 등등 종류가 많더라구요

요리 초짜는 어떤 액젓을 사야 제일 효율성이 좋을까요?
